RenoBriqo uses cookies and similar browser storage to provide sign-in, security, workspace selection and preferences. You can accept or reject optional cookies, review the notice, and reopen Cookie preferences from the footer. Necessary storage remains enabled because the requested service cannot securely work without it. Rejecting optional cookies does not block ordinary use. No optional analytics or advertising scripts are installed in this release; accepting optional cookies does not by itself add a tracking service.
2. Necessary cookies
flooring_admin_session maintains the company-user session. fc_workspace selects the signed-in company. fc_platform maintains the separate platform-operator session after verification. fc_platform_challenge binds the temporary email-code sign-in step to your browser. fc_platform_change binds a security-email change verification. These cookies are scoped to the service, use HttpOnly where appropriate and SameSite protection, and use Secure in the required HTTPS production configuration. Company sessions and workspace selection normally last up to 12 hours; platform sessions up to four hours; verification cookies up to ten minutes, subject to sign-out and server expiry.
3. Browser storage and preferences
The renobriqo.cookie-choice.v1 local-storage record remembers your cookie choice and notice version for up to six months before the banner asks again. It is not a payment or login credential. Session storage can remember the currently selected project within an account/workspace context. Other tool-specific browser preferences can remember view or layout choices. Storage can be unavailable in private browsing or blocked by browser settings; in that case a preference may not persist and the notice can appear again.
4. Optional technologies and provider pages
This release does not load optional advertising pixels or analytics cookies. If a future optional service is added, it must be documented, remain off until the necessary consent and configuration exist, and respect a later withdrawal. A Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal results in optional storage being rejected by default. Stripe's hosted checkout and billing portal, Microsoft email services, and linked external sites operate on their own domains and can use their own necessary or optional technologies under their notices. Your choice here does not manage third-party-domain cookies.
5. Changing or removing storage
Use Cookie preferences at any time to update the saved choice. You can also clear cookies or local/session storage in your browser, but deleting necessary session cookies signs you out and can reset project/view preferences. Blocking all cookies can prevent sign-in. Your cookie choice is separate from acceptance of the Terms, optional AI requests and any marketing consent.
